螺鈿織について

Weaving the light nurtured by the sea

What we weave is the light nurtured by the workings of the sea.

Tamitani Raden transforms the light residing in the nacre of shells into thread, weaving it while maintaining the continuity of its reflections to create "Raden weaving," pioneering a new form of expression, "weaving light."

To wear the light of the sea is to quietly touch the workings of nature.
